Pharmaceutical Filter Packaging Machine
This custom machine temporarily packages pharmaceutical filters. A 6-axis robot at the exit of the upstream machine stacks the filters. A cardboard box with a plastic liner is conveyed on a motorized roller conveyor to a robotic cell, where a manipulator orients each stack and inserts it into the box.
Automatic Kit Preparation Line
This automatic line prepares kits used for pathogen detection. It is built around a central pallet transfer system that receives the various components of the kit. Each pallet carries an RFID tag used to check that every step is carried out correctly. A central controller runs the whole line, monitors the status of the different machines and provides the production data.
