Primary Packaging in Assembly Lines
With many successful projects for leaders in the pharmaceutical, medical, biotech and mechanical industries since 1980, MGA Technologies has developed a special expertise in the design and production of custom-made machines for the primary packaging of sterile and clean products.

These automated and robotic indexed machines are often designed with a mechanical and mechatronic basis and a digital kinematics. They have various applications that require expertise in their own designs, including the distribution and management of sterile product flows, the eradication of hard-to-clean areas and the minimization of the generation of mechanical particles. Good manufacturing practices, cGMP, current Good Manufacturing Practices are taken into account and applied in the design right from the definition of the machine architecture.
Sterile or clean products are distributed and implemented with particular focus on their integrity. The integrated process materials are chosen to meet the requirements of the specific application.
Quality control for design and implementation guarantees User Requirements Specifications (URS) are matched. The entire project is carefully documented to allow customers integrate the system. This equipment is often integrated in the clean rooms with agree Service Level Agreements, which can include confinement problems, aeraulic management of the flows, and utilities.
Applications developed over the years are numerous and varied, for liquid products, solids or powders, the filling of vials, syringes or various forms often in plastic materials. They sometimes include a primary process step, the preparation of the necessary packaging and its controlled closure by screwing, sealing, welding, heat sealing or crimping.
