Position Sensor Assembly Lines
The position sensor installation was made on several stations positioned in a “U” shape and linked to each other with a flat top conveyor.
This line is designed in a Lean Manufacturing spirit. Flexibility is optimal, manpower is adjusted when needed following Takt Time.
Sensors assembly is sequenced by semi-automatic operations in line. All components are prepared, positioned, controlled, welded, and then snapped.
