Brake Hose Robotic Assembly Cells
This installation is dedicated to assembly and 100% control automotive breaks flexibles. It includes a robot, an hydraulic station, a mechanical and a vacuum test.
An operator loads primary parts, other parts are automatically loaded from vibrating bowls. All other operations are automatic and optimized to maximize return on investment of the installation.
Semi-finished products transfer from station to station are made with a 6-axis robot equiped with pliers. A smart communication with assembly/control stations allows the robot to optimize tack time by handling with priority as soon as a couple upstream-downstream is available.
