Pharmaceutic Filter Assembly Machine
This custom pharmaceutic filter assembly machine is a packaging machine that allows temporary packaging of pharmaceutical filters between two production steps.
A stack of filters is automatically constituted by a 6-axis robot at the output of the upstream machine.
A cardboard equipped with a plastic bag is brought into the robotic cell on a motor-driven roller conveyor. The sack is pressed on the sides of the cardboard box by a technician and the box is oriented to allow insertion of the preformed stack.
The assembly is made to limit the grounding of the robotic cell and allow easy cleaning of the machine between two production batches.
