Target Agnetizing Benches
This automatic target magnetising bench is dedicated to the magnetization of circular targets.
The bench is loaded by an operator on vertical bars. Automatic operations consist of two stations for magnetizing, orientation, control and stilet marking.
Transfers are executed with a numeric axis allowing optimal Tack Time. Several different types of targets of different diameters are processed per campaign. Reference and batch management is provided. When different tool settings are required, the change time can be performed in less than 5 minutes. This has been optimized using an SMED method.
All tool setting changes are recognized through electrical encoding, thereby resetting the entire machine automatically.
