Aluminum Part Transfer Robot Lines
Aluminum part transfer robots enable re-arrangement and unifying in a line of several operations to optimize production flow.
A robot has been integrated for the transfer of aluminium parts.
Products are taken from a washing machine situated just ater machining to be positionned on two airtightness control stations. The robot places the products sequentially on one of the station.
Depending on the test results, the robot is either scraps the parts or puts them on a belt conveyor taking them to an operator-monitored packaging station. All stations can be operated on shut-down mode.
