MGA Technologies specializes in the design and manufacture of bespoke machinery, process machines and assembly lines and tests for the pharmacy, biotechnology, medical and advanced industries. Primarily focussed on industry leaders, whose requirements are high in terms of performance and respect for the integrity of the manufactured product, MGA’s main customers are Sanofi, bioMérieux, Fresenius, Boiron, Boehringer Ingelheim, Pfizer, Becton Dickinson , Ipsen, L’Oreal, Rolex, Schneider Electric, Valeo, EFI Automotie, Federal Mogul and Bobst.
With ATG Technologies, MGA Technologies strengthens itself in the advanced technologies of the industry-of-the-future and in particular in robotics and vision applications with recognized expertise in collaborative robotics. Founded more than 20 years ago, ATG Technologies has become a reference in technological applications, particularly in the electronics sector and in particular with STMicroelectronics.
This acquisition consolidates MGA Technologies’ growth strategy following the takeover of VINCI’s subsidiary ACTEMIUM in Lyon in 2017, and the acquisition of TECLIS INSTRUMENTS in 2018.
This new activity strengthens its high-end market positioning, focussed on the industry-of-the-future, by now integrating Virtual Reality into its design phases, and programming ever more communicating, connected and soon learning machines.
