Clean Environment Handling Robots

The handling robot is integrated in a clean environment aimed for semi-finished products transfer between two production lines. The robot is hung to a metallic structure due to plant layout constraints. Footprint optimization was critical in this particular application.

This robot has been installed following a flow optimization project. Its installation reduces muscular skeletal system pains of operators. This robot is designed to work in this type of environment and to synchronize the two production lines continuously.

Associated with a smart numeric vision system, the hand of the robot can relocate itself in the pile depending on its target and calculates its path optimally for each transfer.
