The stainless steel roller bottle trolley is a cell culture device that complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by preventing any risk of contamination from corrosion thanks to its stainless steel frame. The LCD touch screen allows you to adjust the culture parameters: rotation speed, direction of rotation, duration, etc. The built-in battery ensures continued operation in the event of a power failure or during transfers from the filling room to the incubator, providing up to 2 hours of autonomy. Handling is made easier thanks to a large handle bar.
In addition, the trolley has been specially designed to be easy to clean. The choice of materials guarantees its robustness in use. Furthermore, its design allows for repeatable positioning of bottles from one trolley to another. Finally, the integration of RFID tags ensures production tracking and traceability.

Specially developed for bioproduction processes using anchorage-dependent cells, it guarantees maximum safety against contamination risks.
Its ergonomic design in 304L stainless steel limits retention areas, facilitating cleaning and disinfection operations, and makes it compatible with the main process detergents and disinfectants, as well as with clean room environments. This robust industrial design ensures excellent durability and easy handling by operators during production phases.
The system is equipped with an LCD touch screen for precise control of culture parameters: Roller Bottle rotation speed, rotation direction, cycle duration, and operating modes, ensuring culture homogeneity and optimal batch reproducibility. A belt verification sensor enhances the system’s reliability by ensuring continuous operation of the device.
Operation
The integrated battery ensures continuity of cell production in the event of a power failure and during transfers between the filling room and the incubator. Automatic restart allows the previously defined parameters to be resumed instantly, with up to 2 hours of autonomy, thus limiting any interruption to the culture process.
To meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, the Roller Bottle trolley can be connected to the customer’s SCADA system, ensuring complete traceability of culture data, recording of critical parameters, and their integration into process supervision and validation systems.
