MGA Technologies and ATG Technologies are specialized in the design and assembly of custom-made machines, process machines and assembly & test lines dedicated to the pharmaceutical, electronic, and other high-tech industries. Working with world-known companies, whose requirements regarding performance and product integrity are among the highest standards, its main clients are Sanofi, bioMérieux, BD, Ipsen, STMicroelectronics, Schneider Electric and Bobst.
With Focussia, ATG Technologies and MGA Technologies are strengthening themselves in cutting-edge technologies of the industry of the future and in particular for electronics and semiconductors with the connectivity software solutions SmartBoxE84, SmartGEM and SmartPassThrough, and specific developments SECS/GEM for its traditional robotic applications, cobots, mobile robots, and all types of semiconductor production equipment. Founded in 2014, FOCUSSIA has become a reference for software applications in the semiconductors sector, especially with STMicroelectronics.
This acquisition consolidates the growth strategy of MGA Technologies after the takeover of the testing activity in Lyon (France) from ACTEMIUM, a subsidiary of VINCI, in 2017, the acquisition of a stake in TECLIS INSTRUMENTS in 2018, the acquisition of ATG Technologies in 2018 and the cocreation in collaborative mode in 2020 of the SWARM mission company, hosted on the Digital Campus of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, intended to demonstrate the uses of the latest innovations.
