The TPE tube connector for bioprocesses is a cleanroom machine used to connect two hoses dedicated to bioprocesses in a safe and sterile manner. At the end of the operation, the holder tubes are removed and the blade kit raised, allowing the operator to retrieve the assembled hose.
The connector can be used for welding various brands of TPE pipe such as Cflex, Advantaflex, Tuflux (others on request). It can be used to connect pipes with an external diameter of 6.4 mm (1/4″) up to 19.1 mm (3/4″). These tubes can comprise wet tubes, empty tubes or solid tubes under atmospheric pressure.
